"Infrastructure sector specialist with sound academic background and large experience in developing projects with more than 20 years in infrastructure and energy investments and PPP/P3 procurements in highways, rail, airports, mining facilities, renewables, and social including hospitals.
Borja founded Infrastructure in Motion in 2023 focused on advising funds, investment banks, lenders and investors in the infrastructure and energy sector. IIM is advising Macquarie among other funds along several investments in USA and LATAM and assisting EU investors and EPC contractors to attain opportunities in Latam, Europe and Africa. Borja has a large and relevant experience in conducting Traffic and Revenue studies and Technical DD. Infrastructure in Motion has recently partnered with FES, one of the largest developers of renewables in UK, to develop DES, BEES and hydrogen opportunities in Europe and Australia, Infrastructure in Motion is as well participating in Fiber Optical and Data Room projects in Chile in conjunction with the main local operators.
Borja previously worked for Macquarie Capital as Vice President since 2019 in LATAM and North America. In Macquarie Borja led technical and Traffic and Revenues department and supported business development to originate and delivery new projects and opportunities.
Before joining Macquarie, Borja led the Traffic and Revenue department in Cintra-Ferrovial (US and Europe) for 8 years working on traffic demand risk projects including Managed Lanes with dynamic pricing (NTE, LBJ, I66, I77 and 407 in Canada). In addition, more than 10 years of successfully experience in advising and delivering high quality projects for equity investors and public sector clients for many transportation assets in North America, Europe, Australia and Africa.
His experience covers large transport projects, commercial and business development, contract negotiations (CA, EPC contracts, EPC procurements) leadership of numerous traffic and revenue forecasting studies for Toll Roads, Managed Lanes, Airports, Rail, Metro, hospitals, LRT and BRT projects and renewables, smart cities and digital integration. These have been undertaken for the private sector, financial institutions, and public stakeholders.
Borja holds a PhD in Civil Engineering (Transportation) and an MS in Civil Engineering from University of Roma TRE, and a BSC in Engineering from Institut National Sciences Appliqueés – National Institute of Applied Sciences."

"Experienced infrastructure professional with over 20 years of successful experience advising equity investors, lenders, credit agencies, and public sector clients on multibillion-dollar transportation projects in North America, India, and Latin America.
Selvaraj has extensive industry experience, having led traffic and revenue forecasting studies for express lanes, toll roads, bridges, rail, corporate budget processing, travel demand modeling, pricing strategy, PPP, risk analysis, business development, and commercial and financial closing.
Selvaraj previously worked as a Senior Director with C&M Associates. He led a team of modelers and analysts to carry out traffic and revenue studies for public sector clients, assisted with business growth, and served on the senior leadership committee.
Before joining C&M, Selvaraj was a Director at John Laing, where he oversaw transportation forecasting services. He successfully advised the senior management team and institutional investors on traffic demand risk and rail projects. He performed technical due diligence on a number of toll road projects in Latin America. He also served as John Laing's representative on the board of directors of I-77 Mobility Partners.
Selvaraj had worked with Transurban in a variety of capacities over ten years. He oversaw traffic and revenue studies for dynamically priced express lanes (I-495, 95, 395, Fredex, I-66 ITB, and OTB). He was also in charge of forecasts for corporate budgets for express lane projects. During his time at Transurban, he supported the organization's business development initiatives and provided high-quality project deliveries for treasury, equity partners, and institutional investors on a number of express lane projects. He received quarterly and annual awards in appreciation of his remarkable dedication and significant contribution.
Selvaraj holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation Economics and Finance) from Texas A&M University, a Master of Technology degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation Modeling) from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay, India, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering Guindy in Chennai, India."
