What we are hired to do
Transaction Advisory
Buy-side and sell-side advisory on acquisitions and disposals of operating platforms and greenfield pipelines. We provide the commercial and technical workstreams: base case review, revenue forecasts and risk analysis.
Project Finance
Debt structuring, lender negotiation and management of the closing process, from first structuring to signature. We work alongside legal counsel and support the commercial side of financial close.
PPP & Concessions
Risk allocation and tender design, advising public authorities and bidders. For authorities, we support the design of the tender and the allocation of demand and revenue risk. For bidders, we provide the revenue case, demand risk analysis and consortium structuring.
Due Diligence & Models
Independent due diligence for lenders and investors, covering the base case, revenue forecasts, opex and capex. We also build revenue forecast models to the standard required for lender review, with the assumptions documented.
